    Do you have PocketMac or MissingSync installed on your Mac?

    Like jimmers said, you need one of those third-party apps he listed. PocketMac is a free download from Blackberry, but Missing Sync is better IMHO. Not free, but more dependable. Try PocketMac first since it's free, and if it doesn't do it for you, consider Mark/Space's Missing Sync.
