I'm in no way dissing BlackBerry,
I'm posting this hoping the right person reads it and does something about it.

I have a friend working as one of the bosses within Vodafone New Zealand,
Someone asked him about CALS, he didn't know the information because BlackBerry have changed the pricing and processes involved in obtaining the licences. He tried to find the information and couldn't. So BlackBerry hasn't done anything in the way of communicating the changes of distribution and new pricing to the networks which means the networks don't actually know how to sell the new services. And these are the important services that make up blackberry's core business. That's a massive mistake.
Please if you work at BlackBerry....

I think they just did the changes within the last week. But you are right BB should have got this info out to all its BES admins and such even before the announcement maybe!

Another classic lapse of communication on BlackBerry's part. Hopefully that improves under the company's new structure in 2014.
