That doesn't quite square with the fact that within the last year BlackBerry disagreed with you and fired about 5,350 people. More people does not necessarily translate to better management of projects.

BlackBerry has fired a lot of employees, but at the same time they have openings listed on the corporate site: there may not be a lot but there are positions there. Sadly, the reduction in staffing is less an admission of need than it is the necessity to do more with less.
