i returned my nexus 5: the speaker volume is too low and it had excessive light bleed on multiple corners. Also the screen quality seemed more washed out compared to the z10 IPS display. Camera also had focusing issues. Having a message hub is so key for me and google now didnt seem liek too much of an improvement for usage. If it weren't for those issues I would have kept the nexus 5.

I also just picked up the n5 from the z10. I love the form factor of the nexus, screen, and hardware.. I think the perfect world for me would be the Nexus 5 phone/power with BB10 installed as the UI. PERFECTION!

Look at the Moto X, 8 cores split up for different tasks. When in doubt add more cores!! lol

Actually, it's 4 cores: 2 general-purpose CPU cores (like the Z10), and 2 specialty, low-power cores, a "contextual computing processor" and "natural language processor" core. These low-power cores allow for always-on voice control and for things like the active display, while drawing only a small amount of power so that battery life isn't killed. With those tasks handled by separate cores, the CPUs are plenty fast enough - as anyone who has actually USED a Moto X can tell you, it is super-fast. It does have 4 GPU cores (perhaps that's where your "8 core" number came from), so it's certainly no slouch on the graphics side.
