Here's the problem...

I've lusted after the Z30 from the moment I knew of it's existence. It's a beautiful bigger Z10 with all sorts of extra gorgeousness...

BUT.

I LOVE my Z10! And I didn't realise how much until I contemplated replacing it...

It does it all, it's my buttery smooth swipey buddy! And I'm still finding out things about it on 10.1MR that I didn't realise existed. Never mind 10.2!

The Z10 is just the right size for me; it occupies that Goldilocks zone in mobile phones for me; not too big and not too small. So as much as people might rave about its bigger brother the Z30, I'll be sticking with old Zed10 for quite some time yet. ; )

I hear you OP. I love my Z10 and I don't really want a bigger phone....then my husband decided to be really mean and send me a pic of a Z30 from his store. now I just want both. And a Q10.

I feel the same way. Fortunately (or unfortunately) my bank and credit card balances are currently making it very easy for me to stay faithful to my Z10.

The other thing keeping me faithful is the very nice proclips Z10 charging mount I just installed in my Jeep. The Z10 is the perfect size, it just fits in that small space between the steering wheel and the vent. A little bit bigger phone just might be too much for that space.

Well, I was in the same boat as the OP (although I was running 10.2 on my Z10)... I took the plunge on Two Z30's today as Telus offered to pay out the early upgrades for two of my lines ($346 or something) and then they took off an additional $30 per Z30 purchased - add in an additional $75 (x2) for trading in ANY old BlackBerry device (I had a few old phones sitting in a box collecting dust so I gave them a Torch 9800 and a Bold 9000).. All said and done, TWO Brand new Z30's for $56! How could I say no!?!

I got the z30. The better specs were tempting.... but I miss the z10's size. And I realised that, because the z30 screen size is bigger, you can't type lying down (using your index to support the top corner results in accidental swiping on the screen.

I must say I kinda prefer the z10!! Now if only they release z11 or something with the upgraded specs....

I will wait until the price drops, it shouldn't be that long. If anything, hopefully we get some new devices by 2014 that should be more advanced.

It sucks waiting since I always get the newest BlackBerry but with all the rumors about the company, I can't justify getting a Z30 even if it's a good looking device.
