    i just bought my very first brand new BB 8830 and I couldnt love it more, but the windows live messenger app, which is one of the reasons i wanted this phone so much, wont work! it tells me that the "service is not enabled for this handheld"...what does that mean?! I purchased the phone with the understanding from the salesperson that msn messenger came with the phone, and was ready to use, all i had to do was log in to the icon with my hotmail address, but it will not work! HELP!!!

    the msn link may just be a shortcut, and you may need to dl the actual msn from the application center/by following the shortcut.

    ok, i deleted the app, and re downloaded it, but im still getting the same msg, not enabled for this device...grrr!
