guys i reciently got a pearl 8100.I am from trinidad and my carrier is TSTT.However upon powering up the phone it shows the BT network logo.Whwn i have installed the desktop and device manager software and am tring to install the new applications such as themes,colour pearl,etc i get a message stating that the device manager software installed is not for the device i have.Can anyone help this is an unlocked phone and does any one have the device mamager software for the BT network

1) The phones branding can't be changed. If it was originally on
the BT network, that is the logo you will see on boot up no matter
which carrier you use.

2) There is no carrier based Desktop Manager software.
Any current version will work with your phone.

3) The error message you are receiving is probably you have not
installed the operating system (handheld software) on your
computer. You can find that in the 8100 section.
