i had a motorola cliq before i got my bb9700 and on my cliq it sent all fb status updates and twitter status updates to my phone without me subscribing to anyone, and i was wondering if there was a way i could do that on my bb. if someone could help me out that would be great. im new to crackberry so i dont know how to check and see if someone commented on this so if you could also inbox me that would be sweet thank you

You just have to make sure your FB is downloaded and running. Follow the prompts. I didn't have to do anything. I receive notifications
