Okay, so i got my new insurance replacement, got it activated, and here's where the hard part comes in: I ran the "Device Switch Wizard" which brought over my contacts, SMS logs, call logs, and all that stuff. The only two things I didn't get were my themes and third party apps. Does I still have the functioning old phone (it was physical damage) so i could plug that into the computer again if need be. So does anyone know how to get my apps and themes over as well?

A backup/restore usually restores themes and 3rd party apps. Backup the old phone, then do a restore to the new one.

I tried that, still only brought other stuff. Maybe there's an option for what to backup/restore. I'll check now.

Miley, do a FULL backup on your older phone. Then once you have that backup file saved, connect the new phone to desktop manager. Then when you restore, select the file (the one you saved) to be restored on the new phone. Your apps should be restored on there.

I tried that, and when I got to the part to Add to my new device, it said no applications were found. Is wiping the old one crucial? Cause i skipped that step.

Still no luck. No matter what version I try, that yourpin.alx file will not open.

Well damn i did. And it's scary. Insurance won't be mad? I hope not. Will they? Or do they do that anyways? Oh gosh I can't function.
