I just got my blackberry storm 9530 today and all I want to do is download my music from my computer and listen to it on my phone, but I cant! I uploaded all the software that came with my phone onto my computer. But I can't send the songs to my phone. I can't even open up the phones USB port. I've never had this problem before. I transfer songs from my computer to my mp3 all the time. Could someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
Have you tried pulling the memory card, putting it in your computer and moving the music directly onto the memory card? I don't use the software, I just connect my phone and transfer directly. Good luck!
