    I am using os 7 .. My BIS is working well but BES is not connected ... Because I dont have a server account and password,, please help me out..

    You do not need BES unless you are the employee of a company or government office that has a BES server.
    BIS is for general public and set up as part of a BlackBerry data plan through your cell provider for legacy non-BB10 devices.
    BIS and BES are in a basic sense, the same thing, both providing BlackBerry Service for legacy devices, however you only use one or the other, not both.
    The only difference is that BIS is meant for the general public using a BIS providers cell service and BES is for companies and governments who operate their own BES server.
