i downloaded the mlb app from the mlb website. But when i go to open it, it says java.lang.error. What can i do. Also why are alot of apps not available for this black berry yet??
App availability for BlackBerry's is dependent on the developer. Some developers keep up with the new models and try to release a compatible version as soon as they can. Others never release a compatible version.
If you are getting that error message it sounds like the Style does not support this app right now.
The error could mean that the downloaded application has missing or corrupt files, or my not be fully compatible with your device. Depending the blackberry and the OS, some app develpoers take time to catch up so that their apps are compatible. In some cases, the app developers will no longer offer support for older devices. It really just depends. If that is an app that you really want, you may want to contact their support team for assistance.
