Guys - I got to 95% installed and then the update stopped. Now, when I check for updates it says that my 10.1 is the most current version. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently this was an "oops!" release on Verizon's part for the Z10. Premature distribution, as it were. ;-D

Anyway they have pulled it until next week, it seems. Hope the *real* rollout is also for the Q!

What makes you say this? This might make sense because my update was almost finished before it stopped and now mine is only showing 10.1 is available. Thanks Jeff

Also read n4bb.com for news about the Verizon release - it was distributed prematurely, and as soon as they realised it, they blocked the downloads. Hopefully only until next week but only time will tell. :-/

I got mine up and running after I fully charged my Z10. My device isn't even activated and I received the update OTA. Very smooth and I added some Android apps and they are working decently.

i am confused and could really use some guidance. I want to update my z10 to the 10.2, I downloaded the autoloader but it failed when installing. error 0004 something about wrong radio..... :-(!!!!..

I used to be very confident with the older OS of my pearls, curves, and bolds, and to load a leaked or other os simply remove or rename the vendor file. I don't understand the process now. I see people talking about os versions and radios versions. can someone please explain to me and point me in the right direction to update to the new os thank you!! :-)
