Last friday I stared having a problem while using my programs that use GPS. I get a recurring message that says I am attempting to open a secure connection but the servers certificate has expired. When I looked at the list of certificates under Security, my VeriSign/RSA Secure Server Root has a question mark next to it. Under status it says it has a "stale chain status". When I press "fetch status" it says my existing status is more current than the server.

Any advice??

This is a problem on AT&T's server not on your phone. Their cert expired. There's a thread about it in the Bold section.
