hey , i got purchase second hand curve9360, but it have message on staring like "engeeniring use only not for sale or lease, " and i put it for update os from 6 to os 7, but after os 6 remove phone got restart and got error like " 507 error" and i tried so many times but after restart phone got error again and again, what do i do, i phone is now unuseful, givew me proper advise please!!!
first thing to tell you: check your manners. you come here as if it was your right to get served within minutes, this is not the official bb support you know.
second thing: the curve 9360 comes with os7, never heard of anyone running os6 on it, why would one do this.
also, an update os6 to os7 is not possible.
