I'm an Alltell customer and just bought a BB curce 8330 a few weeks ago. Well where I live I don't have a great signal so sometime I'll forward my cell number to my house number so if someone call I can talk with out dropping the call. After I did this the other night an icon came up and I cant get rid of it. I've checked all my messages, voicemail and UNforwarded my number. It's a couple arrows << a phone and a 1. any one got any ideas?
I tried that, It showed an icon for the missed call, I cleared that, but I still have the <<1 icon there. Is there a place that shows what these icons mean??
Open up DM, plug in your phone, back up and restore, advanced, you should see device database on thr right side, scroll to phone call logs, or calls, something to that effect, clear that database
