i had a software glitch...my touch screen only works for a few minutes after restarting the phone and becomes unresponsive after that...i even connected my phone to the blackberry link and did a factory reset which was fail..and hence did a reload but no use....it still happens..so downloaded a autoloader...can anyone tell me how to install the autoloader and which is the best autoloader for the bbz10 STL 100-1?..and thanks in advance....

Just copy your autoloader file to any windows pc.

1. Switch off your phone and then run the autoloader.
2. while the autloader runs you can see a command window showing connecting to bootroom.
3. Then connect ur bb via usb and turn on ur phone. U can see a green light and in the command window you can also see a progress in the updation.
Once the window completes the phone automatically restarts and the update is done.

I am not sure which autoloader is best for Z10.

before you do anything back up your blackberry thru bblink and read other forums where you can find how to update with autoloader.
