The truth is, nobody but RIM knows. If I were a betting man, I would bet on the week of June 9th though, to coincide with Apple's "big" announcment, because it will give RIM a large announcment of their own.

I have os4.3 and the video record isn't the greatest. You cannot zoom in any at all. I would have thought that it would have the same zoom capibilities as the still camera. It is handy, but get a real camcorder if you want decent video.
I spoke to an ATT rep today asking about insurance for my 8310 Cure and the blackberry bold's release date. She told me that they don't tell them when something is coming out, so about OS 4.3 coming out on the 31st, I'll believe it when it's on my 8310.
4.3 is now 4.5 and as far as I can tell 4.5 is running smoothly on my 8320 plus I am glad I can finally stream sirius to it!!! I dont really care about the camera unless I am using it in the bedroom!!
I'd say you're prob. looking at 3-4 weeks from now. The OS is getting better with each newer beta version but its not quite there yet. However, with it being released to the "partners," I think thats an indicator that it is on it's way!
