I said they had been averaging around $250, and if you look at the quarterly reports for the last two years you can track the ASP. $315 was a one quarter change that also saw a major drop in the number of phones sold. You actually said you knew the ASP was $350. I have been tracking ASP for quite some time and I can't remember the last time BB has an ASP of $350.
The whole discussion really doesn't matter. As you pointed out in your reply neither number is high enough to sustain the hardware business. BB could afford a lower ASP back in the BBOS days because they could a lot of money from BIS.
