hey i have a 8900, i went to the GPS section of it. and i was trying to find location, it stays there searching for satellite, but it stays there for 20 mins and nuttin comes up on the screen? is there any special reason for this.
It can take a long time for the GPS to acquire a satellite lock. You should try it outside it an open area, it could still take awhile but eventually it locks on.
Every so often (after a few days) it will lose the lock and you have to refresh it.
