Hello all!

Firstly, I've just got my own blackberry - I used to support a few when I was an IT techie so general stuff isn't a problem, its the small things that get me!

And this is a small problem but one I can't work out! - when I try to put a UK ZIP (post) code in like DE74 2TU it will only allow the numbers because ZIP codes only have numbers and wont permit the letters! Any suggestions to fix this?

I just tried it on my Tour and it let me type in letters (OS 5.0). Maybe this is something that has been addressed with the OS update?

I just updated everything yesterday to v5.0.0.423, so its up to date already...hmmm...

Might need to hold down ALT so you get the letters. By default, when you're on that field, the numbers register by default.
