    1. Blackberry limited does not make hardware, not since 2015.
    2. You'll have to source a blackberry device (keyone, key2/LE) from amazon or ebay, or some other way.

    Typed on my blackberry classic with 10.3.3-latest on freedom mobile HSPA+

    I'd say that there's less than a 50/50 chance that there will even BE any new BB-branded devices, so I wouldn't count on new markets being set up. BBMo (TCL) is looking to cut costs, not grow them.
