I recently did a security wipe and ever since then sometimes when I go into the Hub, it shows up blank (probably 30-60 seconds before it finally loads up - if it loads up at all). Other times I go into the Hub and the list of msgs are all there, but the screen flashes constantly and doesn't let me click on any of the msgs to go into them... Any ideas?
Try to reset hub...with Hub open swipe diagonally down from top right corner 4 or 5 times.
If that fails try a hard reboot of device...hold power button down for 20-30 seconds until red LED flashes and boot logo reappears.
If that fails use BlackBerry Link to reload your OS....avoid using the "wipe" feature on your device.
