    I have been running empower on my BlackBerry for months to receive emails in html format. Obviously empower isn't compatible with the new OS.

    Has anyone found a work-around for this?

    The best thing to do will be to wait or downgrade your OS and wait. The current 4.5 is just a Beta and not everything works with it.
