Does anyone know how to write a script for this voting? I'm game for a little cheating too

Basically a script is a small program which sits on the user's computer and (in this case) submits repetitive votes automatically. In most cases this will be a Linux box because they are easiest to script, and the script will be written in one of the common nix scripting languages like perl which is supported by the OS . You would need to study the voting page to see how to spoof human interaction, and probably capture and analyze a few regular test votes. In simple terms, if you don't know how to do it you probably don't have the equipment or the time to learn the method before voting closes.

that was only speculation. I'm not sure, the lumia has quite a rabid fan base. Just look at any comments in articles involving the device
