    Options>Security>General Settings, then press the BB button and select Wipe Handheld

    Also dial ##000000 to get to the CDMA Service Screen. From this screen you can delete your phone number.

    However, as a side note, you may want to put in ten 0(zeros). I tried this several times and it wouldn't erase, finally guessed about the zeros and it worked.
