Hi,

My blackberry only has 1 email 'icon' on the main screen, I havent' setup my email address so I guess that icon only appears when you signup with rogers and get your own [email protected] email address?

Also, my phone doesn't have maps icon anywhere, why is that? I have a bold, running the updated OS also.

You can do it on your phone with Email Setup or go on your PC to their BIS site:
BlackBerry Internet Service

For BB maps... load Desktop manager and then Application Loader... find and check off BB maps on the list and click Next until it's installed.
