    went to clean trackball and keypad, now keys will not go back in correctly.. please help!

    I think you'll have to replace the BB...unless your still under a factory warranty...

    Warranty is not going to work. Once the housing was opened the
    warranty was voided.

    Take it apart again and re-seat everything properly.
