    Hello all.
I've been using a 8900 for 18 months, and just upgraded to a 9780. I used my 8900 with OS v4.7, then v5.0 leaked, and both had the old style of home "desktop" menu, i.e. one row of icons, and pressing the BB button opened a full screen page with all icons accessible.
Now, on my 9780 and OS6, the home screen is plit into tabs, called "frequent", "downloads", "media", "Favourites" and "all". This gets on my nerves as when you scroll a bit too much to the right or the left, it sends you to the next tab! B

My question: is there any way to get rid of all tabs except for the "all" tab, effectively replicating the old style?

    TIA!
