I have an unlocked T-mobile bold but i can't use all the features because i do not have full access to the internet. How can i get my gprs to GPRS and my edge to EDGE.

It sounds like you don't have that phone registered with your provider's Blackberry Services account. Call them and ask to have your phone's IMEI number associated with the account. Once they've done that, restart the phone.

I'm lost here. What is the difference between GPRS and gprs? I seen my phone do it the other day and just found this thread while searching for the difference.

GPRS means you have an active data connection, and gprs means you just have everything but data.
