I bought my Q10 2 days ago, at 1st any time I can return back normally to my home screen where the carrier screen is shown. But now I cannot return back to home screen unless if there is opened application and I want to close it. I cannot get the home screen page as before. When I swipe right I automatically go to application pages and when left return back to BlackBerry Hub.
Please help

Umm the second image is your home screen?
I have Z10 but the OS layout is the same.
Did you know you scroll through your menus active frames and hub from the little scroller at the bottom? You can either click them or slide your finger across

If you don't have any apps running, that's what it's supposed to do.

If not, try rebooting it and see if that does that trick.
