Well, the 8330 DOES NOT have WiFi, so that would be your first hurdle.
Short answer, No.
o ok so is there a way to get free to the laptop or is that no too.
The answer is no. If you tether with Verizon, you need to have a tethering plan on your account. If you tether without it, you will be charged a huge amount. There's no free lunch.
