    Hi, today i had my phone in my pocket and it was fine, when i checked it later it was off, i tried turning it on but it didnt respond, when i got home i charged for a few hours and now it is on but i have a black screen. I have connected to blackberry link and have done a factory reset, but now i cannt finish the setup app as i cannot see what im doing, any help? thank you.

    looks like your screen it's bad or it's got a bad connection but i'm not sure ,maybe someone else had the same problem and can help you better

    Which phone and do you know which OS version ?
    There was a particular OS which could burn out z30 screens if they ever powered off.
