I've just gone on to the 12** leak.
Battery life is better so far. But want to try it for longer
Have not installed the latest leak yet but I've not heard good things in regards to battery

Battery life is always bad after you install a leak for the first week.

After my device has settled, I get 7-8 hours on a regular basis.

Battery life can't be judged on this new leak until after a week. Because of the date of the leak, device are still settling down, as they are still re - indexing and syncing files.

I was basing it on the 1055 leak which I had for more than a week.
12** (I forget the exact number) I've had for around a week and it seems better.
Generally speaking I find most leaks are awful for battery as time goes on.

Fair enough. 1055 gave me 7-8 with moderate to heavy use. Can't speak for 1925 as yet.

I would probably win a battery drain contest, as I use my BlackBerry 10 devices and my LTE Playbook for LIVE Video Broadcasting at outdoor events. Uploading a live constant 720p video to Livestream kills the battery in 80-90min. From 100% to auto turn off in 1 hour and 20min... I use www.livestream.com/webcaster

Btw, I thought adding the Travel Battery Charger for the Z10 would help double that time, which is does, but it also adds a Hum to the viewers audio. I also get the same Hum, when I'm listening to a streaming podcast, while using a car charger. Don't know why adding a plug in charge, causes audio issues, but it does.

No, it doesn't. Do you really think that it takes a week to sync and index files? The battery life is what it is.

I will say I've never seen a Device vary so greatly in regards to battery life. Some people claiming they get two days, yet others get 6 hours on a charge.

If ya'll get two days great but I don't see how. I go through 2 to 3 batteries a day and most I'm usually doing is browsing the web and listening to music

Yesterday mine is ON with LTE after loading on the latest 1925 leak. I got 3 email accounts for work in my phone and an average daily user consisting of calls and WhatsApp.

About 17 hours before it totally drained

The ONLY way I would get 2 days of battery life is me going to jail on a Saturday morning, not getting out till Monday morning with my z in the property room lol. I get 8 or less on moderate use and bout 4 on heavy use. I have a charger in my bedroom and the living room which I'm constantly hooked up to. 4 email accounts with 1 of them having heavy traffic the other 3 only 1-2 emails a day if that. Facebook and cb, some browsing maybe streaming, bbm, sms and I'm out I want a z30 just for the battery life and I'm no fan of phablets.

Normally I'm a full day on the battery. Today I managed to drain it in 6 hours driving home from family. 4 of it was with hot spot on, music on, and playing either minion rush or bejeweled the whole time. Oh, and going on CB.

I still have about 15 %. Once it hits 10%, I'll swap out the battery and keep chugging away

I get a full day easy. But I set my email up to update when I tell it. I do not have Facebook, Twitter or any of that crap.

Try to off those settings which u don't need. Like nfc, bluetooth, 3g if you're using instead of LTE, swipe to wake function if u don't use it. All these might help.

All those are off besides for swipe to wake which I am used to. Plus I can't choose between 3g and LTE since I'm on AT&T.

I use my phone a lot so ya

That could be the reason. I'm on LTE by the way but I can last 8 hours at least. I read that the swipe to wake function takes up a lot of battery as it's always on standby but I could be wrong. The last time I encountered bad battery life was actually on the official 424. Started using 1055 onwards with swipe off, seemed to do the trick.

If I use it non stop, I can get 4 hours just about. That means not putting it down at all.
