    A few days ago, my 9300 got stolen. It has all my contacts. I want to retrieve those and sync it to my new 9360. I have a back-up on BlackBerry Protect but none on my laptop.

    Is there a way to download the back-up from the BlackBerry Protect site? And sync it to my new phone?

    No. You can restore your backup located on Protect to another BlackBerry once you install Protect on it and sign in.

    It's a good way. I have done so.
