I have carried around 2 phones for the past 3 years and I am wondering how I can use blackberry balance on my new 9930 in order to have all work and personal on one device. Do I have to do anything to set it up or is it done through my IT department? Also, just for clarification purposes, what can and can't the IT department see on my phone while my phone is on BES (Text, phone calls, pictures etc.)? Any advice will help thanks.
I imagine now w/Os7 since you can seperate business and personal data your boss can only access the work data. But don't take my word for it and start bashing your boss. Someone with experience will eventually chime in on this. But that was my understanding of the seperate folders.
