Following artisticme's instructions, I now know how to enable/disable GPS...But what does it do???
I don't see any latitude or longitude...It doesn't say where I am...
Is this something to tell you where a lost Blackberry is???

There are a variety of GPS apps. BBMaps, Google Maps, Poynt, are three free ones. Download Google Maps from Google. You can also google Poynt to find it. Install and use those and you'll get a feel for what you can do with the GPS.

There is an app that will tell you the location of a lost bb, provided that its turned on and in a location where it can receive a gps signal. Unfortunately the name escapes me right now, but I'm sure a quick google search should help you out.

OK, it's Where's My Phone, and it's in the CrackBerry Apps...
Thanks for the replies! :)
If GPS requires an app to be useful, then it's nothing I need now. Maybe later, when I learn how to install an app... ;)
You can use the GPS to geo-tag your photos with no additional apps needed. To enable geo-tagging, run the camera, press the BlackBerry button, select Options, and enable Geotagging.
