I'm getting a factory unlocked BlackBerry 9900, and I will be using a T-Mobile. My current phone is a Nexus 4 with T-Mobile 4g. When I get my BlackBerry 9900, I will just take the SIM out of my Nexus 4 and put it in my BlackBerry, so then my regular 4g data should work on my BlackBerry 9900 but it won't be BIS, so my email probably won't work with this data connection. So how do I setup BIS? I Do I just have to go to BlackBerry Internet Service and enter my PIN and IMEI to get BIS? Will I have to contact Tmobile directly? Will I have to do something from my BlackBerry device? I'm coming from Android so I have no idea on this subject and would really appreciate if someone could explain. Please help an Android user to migrate to BlackBerry.
    Thanks in advance!
Also, this is a factory unlocked 9900 so it has nothing to do with any carrier.

You need to contact T-Mobile and have them put on a specific BlackBerry data plan, you will then have access to BIS services once you actually have the device.

Thanks for the help so far.

Dial 611 from your phone to get t-mobile. Assuming you have a t-mobile sim card.

I just dialed that number and apparently the the operator wasn't from T-Mobile. I accidentally dialed 9 instead of 6 as the first digit. Oops. *Embarrassed*
