    I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300 and I don't have a data plan. I do connect to Wi-Fi at home but I do not need it out of the house. I noticed that when I'm not connected to Wi-Fi, I am automatically switched to 3G and I don't have a plan for it. I am charged every day and want it to stop. Is there a way to keep my mobile network on so I can make calls but turn my data off? It works on iPhone and Android so why not BlackBerry?

    There is an option to turn data off under networks?

    I take it you're on OS 6?
