    If you remove the battery cover and the battery, there's a sticker with the PIN, equipment identifier, and model number, which for example, on my phone, is, "Blackberry 8130".

    Alternately, you could check your account. VZW lists which devices are associated to a customer's account on your account page.

    Or, you could go to RIM's website, and compare the pics and features of various devices until you find one which matches yours...

    Also go to the options menu, click about and it should tell you right there. I bought my BB used and knew it was a curve, but didnt know which model?? I didnt come with the box or manuels. I saw 8310/20 and 30, and they all looked alike to me being a BB newbie and all.
