Hi,

I've just wiped by hand held and installed the latest OS on my Bold. Now all the emails that I've received in the past month have been wiped - all I'm getting now is new emails. How can I synchronise my Bold with my inbox as I want everything or at least emails from the past 2-3 months to show on bold.

Please help.

I have not used Lotus Notes, but when I configured my sync for Outlook, there was a selection box for Future email only. De-selecting that would likley have syncronized all email.

Yes, it was in the DTM Sync wizard.

You can get to it by selecting Configuration / synchronize. Select a database and press the Setup button. The setting are on the sync options page.

Select One way to Device and check the Replace all data in the target application box.

This is for Outlook, but I am sure Notes has a similar configuration.
