    I just set up my BlackBerry Passport. My only problem is that not all my mail are synced. All the folders are synced however when looking for a previous mail (about 2 months ago) I was not able to find such mail.

    Have you checked the Sync Timeframe for that account? The default seems to be 7 Days.
