    Ever since I updated I've had nothing but problems with my phone. I've been and am right now on the phone with BB support for a total of three hours over two days and getting no further then i was before i contacted them.

    The issue:
    After updating to the 10.3.2.858 I've been having text issues and the contacts can not be edited nor the telephone numbers be seen in it's complete form.

    Tech support has told me i have to reinstall the 10.3.2.858 to fix these issues.
    i have a Mac and They seem to think that the BBLink has options on it that I don't have on the Macs BB link.

    End result they are more then happy in keeping me on the phone going around in circles asking the same questions that I answered for the previous two hours and getting no further towards a solution.

    So does anyone have any tech advise that the BB techs are not aware of?

    I would try a security wipe first, then set up your device like new, then if it's still doing it , reload your software through BB link.

    Just download a autoloader and run it on a Windows pc connect your device and it will be ok

    When I have downloaded the autoloader is the PC supposed to recognise the file or what cos my PC does not, if so what do I do to get it to recognise.

    The file has to be unzipped, into an exe file

    Even though it is unzipped at the source, I'm using the bitcasa source and the Z30 STA100 autoloader is unzipped

    I'm pretty sure it's not. It should be about 1.5 file size
