Yes I have but it still won't work.
Have you tried installing a newer OS on your PC and running the loader then the desktop manager to see if it allows to reinstall the Browser?

If it just stopped working an hour ago, I would suspect it has something to do with your mobile or wifi connection. Try toggling them and trying them both.
