    There is no need to blush on that as a lot of times some people when they give direction, one almost need a degree to decipher.

    OP didn't provide specifics regarding their device or configuration but I can confirm that Kik runs without issue on a BB10 OS installed as above on a Verizon Z30. Alternatively, Cobalt's method of installing Google Play, searching for Kik, etc. runs equally as well. They could also just find the apk and install directly. Either way, if they want Kik on their BB10 then the Android is their only option - there is no native offering.

    that was pretty easy step what you gave her...work nice for you that is what I was wondering..
    My wife has a windows phone; that offering was available to her. but I had to set it up tho
