How do I detect if my camera is enabled on Z3/Z10/Z30 with Webworks?

I'm developing an HTML5/Javascript application with BB Webworks 2.2 .

I'd like to detect in code if our BES IT policy has disabled the camera , and also the GPS system, so I can alert the user that some functionality will be missing.

Is there a way of doing this?
