I use a free converter called SUPER. It's free and it works with ANY type of video format you can think of. It will convert ANY format to ANY other format. Just look online and I'm sure you'll find it.

Hey folks OK I just downloaded Super and want to convert 2 videos and some audios for my BB Bold.

What format do I select for the BB?

New guy here and have been working extended hours and want to listen to some audios and watch a the videos at lunch time.....
