I had three licenses. I added the three users and then realized they were set up wrong. I deleted them. For some reason it is still showing 3 Users. It will not let me add anymore people because it says I am using all of my licenses.

I am using BlackBerry Professional Software Version 4.1.4.3 (or thats what it shows on the BlackBerry Manager page.

I called BlackBerry support and they wanted $240 an hour! Ah!!! I'm not the most technical person in the world so "dumb it down" if possibel =)

When you delete someone from a BES it asks 2 questions.

1. Are you sure you want to delete the selected user?

and then,

2. Would you like to also remove the Blackberry Information for the selected user(s) from the mail system?

Selecting Yes to both should completely remove them and add the spot free back to the BES..

When you click on the Users tab at the top, the list is blank?
