    The warranty is through the original carrier or distributor, not BlackBerry directly. If you tell us where you bought it, somebody may be able to provide a link.

    For example, Rogers in Canada has a site where you can enter the imei of a phone and it will tell you if it is under warranty.

    I'm not sure if there is an online tool you can use for this, BUT BB devices generally come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty from date of purchase. Generally you go through either your carrier or the vendor who sold you the device, as it is a paid call to contact BBRY directly yourself.
