Hi everyone- I have a new Tour and every time I get a voicemail alert it sounds off as an alert I use for another contact. I understand what some of the other threads have been saying that the voicemail alert is tied to my SMS alert. I've looked in to that but it still isn't working. Any other suggestions? I've also tried a hard reset and doubt soft reset. Nothing seems to work.
